I took it Pass/Fail
My stress test that is. After an endless sea of Mountain Dew, an all nighter of cramming and countless tabs of No-Doze, I think I passed.
Ok, I jest. But if I had done that at I may have been able to get my heart rate up to the 180+ area that they wanted it. Alas I just topped out at 170+ before they began to The Look. The Look for these folks is something like: "Let's get him off that Treadmill Incline of Death machine because this room isn't equipped with a pair of shock paddles and a rescue breather mask". Oh and heart nurse-technician people everywhere who run these stress tests, a word of advice:
When you tell someone that you need them to get from the Treadmill Incline of Death to a laying position on their left side as quickly as they can, don't be so shocked when they do so. Apparently my ninja moves were a bit much. In other words if you tell someone that you really don't have the right to say "we really don't recommend that..." because, well, you DID.
Apparently they did get the snapshots in the ultrasound they needed though so I should be hearing from my doctor in about 10 days.

See? I told you you would be OK. In a I-almost-passed-out kinda way.
Yup, you were right. Now I just have to hope they don't find anything quirky in the results.
See, I told you the Nazi Nurse would try to push you to 180.
Glad you passed - I had no worries. I've seen you work up a good sweat many times!
Not just 180. She wanted 187. She was high on the crack.
And sadly dewdew, all it takes these days is a good flight of stairs for a good sweat. I have no stamina for those activities of olde we used to get hot and bothered over.
If asked if I'm in shape, I usually reply yes, a portly shape. Or bloblike shape.
I think that would be kind of fun. I average 185 or so for a 5k run of 30 minutes (more or less...mostly more these days), so I can hit 190 without too much trouble and hold it for at least a few minutes. Heart rate monitors are fun!
Pfffft. You didn't make it up to 180? Were ya even trying?
And since we're pulling them out and measuring, the highest number I've seen on my heart rate monitor is 202. Back when I was in shape and racing and before I discovered the joy of hops and barley. Mmmm. Hops.
Of course I was trying... they made me.. *shudder*.. run.
I say, "unsafe at any speed".
