They have no sense of responsibility. Sure you can talk to them and try to get them to understand it, but they never listen. Despite all the love and attention you lavish upon them, they feel no need to make a firm commitment.... to function.

Once they've established themselves as high maintenance, they tend to stay that way. Let's just say, for instance, you need a new power supply. Oh, that'll warm up the appetite for a new motherboard. Slap in a new motherboard? Wants a new hard drive. New hard drive? Gimme new memory bitch! And that's what you are. It's bitch.
